Usually 2–7 days before the attempt: official closures match the launch schedule. This is the "book now" moment — the alert includes the primary and backup dates plus hotel links with your dates filled in.
The window shifted — new primary and backup dates, and what to do about an existing booking before your cancellation cutoff.
Closures were withdrawn with no new dates yet. Advice differs depending on whether you've traveled — and we watch around the clock for the window to re-form.
