Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026 ยท Launch Window (thelaunchwindow.com)
By using Launch Window, you agree to these terms.
What this service is
Launch Window monitors publicly available signals โ launch schedules, official road and beach closure filings, FAA airspace restrictions, Coast Guard marine notices, and FCC filings โ and sends alerts when they indicate a rocket launch window is likely confirmed. We also publish trip-planning guides.
What this service is not
We do not control rocket launches. Launch dates change constantly; scrubs, delays, and cancellations are normal. Our alerts reflect public signals at the time they are sent and are not a guarantee that a launch will occur on any date. Always book refundable travel and make your own decisions about trip timing and expenses. Launch Window is not responsible for travel costs, losses, or inconvenience resulting from launch schedule changes or from any inaccuracy in our alerts or content.
Alerts and messaging
- Email and SMS alerts are provided free of charge to opted-in subscribers.
- SMS: message frequency is low (typically 2โ6 messages per launch cycle). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- We may modify or discontinue alert channels at any time.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links; we may earn a commission on qualifying bookings at no extra cost to you. This never affects what we tell you about timing โ alerts fire based on public signals, not commissions.
Not affiliated
Launch Window is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SpaceX, the City of Starbase, Cameron County, the FAA, the U.S. Coast Guard, the FCC, or any hotel or travel provider mentioned in our guides.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our alerts or data feeds without permission, and don't use the service to spam others.
